Another small update! I actually recorded myself animating this time, so that will be uploaded shortly.

Man I have had a busy month, papers upon papers upon school. But I am done for the semester and I am ready to kick back and chill for a few weeks, clean out my askbox, do all of these things I’ve been putting off. My tablet’s dying though so I might open up commissions soon!

End of Act 5 summary: And then everybody was a god. I overworked a few aspects of this but I spent time on it so might as well post it :’D. And all of my initial sketches end up as panels rather than single images and I don’t know how to condense them. Oh well! High res here

I’ve been busy, but I’m working on comics and a thank-you animation! It is like 70% done and I am the slowest at cleanup.

Woopss been kinda busy! Sketched these between bouts of essay-work.

Rose and Kanaya would be an intimidating pair of sphinx-like maître d’s who only seldom ask ‘do you have a reservation’ and spin long winded riddles for their often uncomfortable customers to answer instead. Terezi as head chef with her sous chef Dave and they definitely are not just adding Tabasco sauce and jello powder to every recipe, whoever dropped that in the complaint box is a L1B3L1ST. Karkat earns a whopping zilch from tips and would be out of house and home without John’s saviour-of-the-waiting-world tip income. Not pictured: Gamzee as pastry chef and Eridan washing the dishes.

Strider brand Strider swag (tm). Spent most of the day working and trying to find fixes for my failing electronic entertainment devices, i.e. laptop and PS3. So basically an indulgent Dave drawing was in order is what I am saying.

Fabulous collab p-chat with buddy punchbuggy. I guess it is a consort… party… freefall. Whatever it is, they wish you were there. What even are Jade’s consorts though.

I’m not worried because Dave won’t die even if he’s killed. But hopefully he’ll get to snark at Bec Noir a little before it happens.

John aims to liberate everybody from the cruel pull of gravity at least once, and sometimes everyday whether people like it or not. It just so happened that when it was Dave’s turn, Aradia was more than happy to help out, and thus began the Anti-Gravity Friendallegiance, AGFA. It has the additional bonus of sounding like what people say when John and Aradia sneak up on them to woosh them away into the sky. John has T-shirt plans drawn up and Aradia has timed a jig for them to perform after every adventurous flight. Dave took it in stride. ‘this is how we do’.

Normally they are as chill as two peas rolling around in Captor’s stupid honey pod, unless someone mentions the video games. Then the shit gets as downright illegal as two peas slap-fighting in a stupid honey pod. It started with an offhand comment about the superiority of troll games to human games. It escalated when Dave accidentally squished one of the gamegrubs lying on the floor and was all ‘woops was that your shitty troll halo or was that your aunt’. It got worse when it turned out it was their shitty troll final fantasy and Captor had just finished collecting a rarespawn weapons set, and from there it turned into an all out brawl about weaboo games and actual taste, which involved the squishing of many gamegrubs and ended with Dave being psionically thrown into every wall in that room and in the room down the hall and also in Karkat’s room just for kicks.
