Monkey King animation from these designs. I’m planning a matching Fox animation and all I want to do is action scenes…. If my demo reel is entirely kung fu would anybody hire me is the question.

Animated in Photoshop for some awful reason. Why didn’t I animate it in TVPaint WHO KNOWS.

Playing around with the Monkey King, and the idea of a Tao School for Kids Who Don’t Transform Good and Want to Learn to do Other Stuff Good Too. Pictured also is Fox, who can only transform into a girl, and she only did it once and it was accidentally permanent.

Together, they cause crime.

Animation prrrrracticeee. The first gif was ref’d from Block B’s Nillili Mambo so I could get a sense for the kind of timing I wanted. The second gif is entirely original to see if I could replicate something similar. I couldn’t think of a name for this character but the file is titled ‘WOO’ so maybe that’s his name.

Some stuff for a comic I’m working on with punchbuggy! It has magical jerks, normal jerks, incompetent immortals and turf wars. It’s in early planning right now, but we’re having a lot of fun creating and playing with the world.

Finals are in full swing and I haven’t had much time to draw for myself… so here are doodles from various classes. I usually take notes I swear.

Artblocked agaaain!! So doodles. Doodles of original characters for the next animation I wanna work on. The delinquent boy is Knock, his new friend is nameless at this point but Knock will name him eventually. They’re way younger here than when the animation covers, so this is a first draft origin story I suppose =v=
